"Your Bros" is established in 2017,which is an informal filmmaking group founded by artist So Yo Hen, architect Tien Zong-Yuan, and art historian Liao Hsiu-Hui, they are the team members as well. The team's video artwork Dorm, displaying at the Yokohama Triennale, was inspired by an event in April 2018 at a female dormitory in Xizhi District, New Taipei City. Over 100 Vietnamese female workers, used mobile phones to livestream the entire strike process on the internet after their complaints about living problems as cramped living spaces, poor meals, and lacking bathrooms, to the factory and intermediaries but went unanswered.
The work invited Vietnamese female workers to participate in discussions and performances by workshops, exploring the stories and desires concerning people and space.
